End-to-end healthcare infrastructure solutions for hospitals and medical facilities across India — MGPS, modular operation theatres, equipment installation and maintenance contracts.
Our Working Philosophy
From planning and engineering to commissioning and long-term maintenance, Medilife Solution provides complete healthcare infrastructure solutions under one roof — so hospitals deal with a single accountable partner instead of coordinating between fragmented vendors.

About Medilife Solution
Medilife Solution was formed to close a gap we saw repeatedly on hospital construction sites: healthcare infrastructure work split across too many disconnected vendors — one for piping, another for OT panels, a third for equipment, and no one accountable for how it all performs together once the facility goes live.
We work as a single execution partner across the full lifecycle of a healthcare facility — from Medical Gas Pipeline System design and modular operation theatre construction, through equipment installation, to the preventive maintenance contracts that keep critical systems reliable years after handover. Our engineers are trained specifically for hospital environments: infection control protocols, live-facility access restrictions, biomedical safety norms and the documentation discipline that healthcare audits require.
Every project is planned around clinical workflow first — how a patient moves from admission to OT to recovery — and engineered second, so the systems we build serve the way the hospital actually operates, not just the way a drawing looks on paper.
Standards-Aligned Engineering
Design practices referenced against HTM and applicable ISO/IS guidance for medical gas and critical care systems.
PAN India Execution
Site teams mobilised across states for new builds, retrofits and phased hospital renovations.
Infection-Control Aware Teams
Engineers trained to work inside live, occupied hospital environments without disrupting patient care.
Long-Term Accountability
AMC and CMC coverage after handover, so performance is our responsibility, not just installation.
What We Do
Seven core service lines covering the full lifecycle of a hospital facility — from first pipe drawing to the maintenance contract that keeps it running.
Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of MGPS for oxygen, medical air, vacuum and nitrous oxide lines.
02Turnkey modular OT construction with laminar airflow, pressure differential control and seamless panel systems.
03OT pendants, bed head panels, surgical lights, ICU units and critical care equipment installation and integration.
04Scheduled preventive maintenance contracts covering inspection, calibration and alarm system verification.
05Comprehensive maintenance contracts covering parts, labour and priority breakdown response.
06Phased retrofit and upgrade work executed inside live, functioning healthcare facilities.
Core Service 01
A Medical Gas Pipeline System carries oxygen, medical air, vacuum, nitrous oxide and scavenging lines from a central source — manifolds, plant rooms or bulk tanks — to outlet points at every bed head, OT and critical care station. Because these lines directly support patient breathing and anaesthesia delivery, the margin for error in design, material selection and testing is effectively zero.
Piping Materials & Jointing
We use degreased, oxygen-service copper tubing conforming to relevant medical gas piping standards, joined by brazing under oxygen-free nitrogen purge to prevent internal oxide scale — a critical detail, since scale inside an oxygen line becomes a fire and contamination risk.
Pressure Testing
Every line is pressure tested in stages — initial strength testing, followed by cross-connection testing, and finally a sustained pressure-drop test — before any outlet is commissioned for clinical use.
Alarm Systems
Area valve service units and central alarm panels are installed to alert clinical staff to pressure deviation, line isolation or source changeover — a mandatory safety layer, not an optional add-on.
Testing & Commissioning
Final commissioning includes gas identity verification at every outlet, flow-rate testing and full documentation — the validation record hospitals need for accreditation and regulatory review.
Core Service 02
A modular OT is engineered as a controlled environment first and a room second. The construction system — seamless wall and ceiling panels, coved joints, and integrated services — exists specifically to eliminate the joints, ledges and porous surfaces where micro-organisms collect, and to sustain a pressure and airflow regime that keeps contaminants moving away from the surgical field.
Laminar Airflow Design
Unidirectional airflow ceiling systems deliver HEPA-filtered air over the surgical zone, sweeping particulates away from the operative field rather than allowing turbulent mixing.
Positive Pressure Cascade
OT air pressure is maintained higher than adjacent corridors, so air flows outward through door gaps rather than drawing in unfiltered air when doors open.
Seamless Panel Systems
Powder-coated GI or SS panels with coved skirting and radiused corners remove flat ledges and crevices that are difficult to disinfect.
Air Change Rate Control
HVAC is sized to sustain the minimum air changes per hour required for a Class 100 / ISO Class 5 operating environment, with continuous filtration monitoring.
Core Service 03
Equipment installation is where design meets clinical use. We install and integrate the fixed infrastructure that connects a hospital's gas, power and data systems directly to the bedside and the surgical field, ensuring every unit is tested under actual load before handover.
CEILING SYSTEMS
Single and dual-arm ceiling pendants for anaesthesia and surgical services, positioned for unrestricted OT table access.
BEDSIDE SYSTEMS
Integrated gas outlets, electrical points and nurse call wiring in a single serviceable panel for ICU and ward beds.
SURGICAL LIGHTING
Shadow-free LED surgical lights with optional camera and monitor integration for teaching and recording needs.
CRITICAL CARE
Monitor mounts, ventilator points and modular ICU cubicle systems built around clinical workflow.
CONTROL SYSTEMS
Touch-panel integration for lighting, temperature, humidity and gas monitoring inside the operating theatre.
VALIDATION
Every installed unit is functionally tested under real load conditions with documented sign-off before clinical use begins.
Maintenance Contracts
Installation is only the beginning. Medical gas and OT systems need scheduled inspection to stay compliant and reliable — this is where our maintenance contracts take over.
AMC — ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
CMC — COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
How We Work
Site Assessment
Facility walk-through, clinical workflow study and existing infrastructure review.
Engineering Design
Pipeline routing, OT layout and load calculations aligned to applicable standards.

Why Choose Medilife Solution
Healthcare infrastructure work carries a different weight than commercial construction — every decision affects patient safety. Here's what that means in how we operate.
One team responsible from design through maintenance — no finger-pointing between contractors.
Full testing and commissioning records handed over for accreditation and audit readiness.
Phased execution methods that keep hospitals operational during renovation work.
24×7 support line for critical system alerts under active AMC/CMC contracts.
What Clients Say
Frequently Asked
An MGPS is a network of piping that delivers medical gases — oxygen, medical air, vacuum and nitrous oxide — from a central source to outlet points at bed heads, OT tables and critical care stations throughout a hospital.
Timelines depend on the number of bed points, wing size and site access, but typically range from a few weeks for a single ward to several months for a full multi-floor rollout including testing and commissioning.
Yes. We plan phased execution schedules with isolation barriers and off-hours work windows specifically so live facilities can continue operating adjacent theatres and wards during renovation.
AMC covers scheduled inspection and labour, with replacement parts billed separately. CMC covers everything in AMC plus parts and components, giving a predictable annual cost with no surprise repair bills.
Yes, we execute projects PAN India with site teams mobilised to the facility's location for both new installations and ongoing maintenance contracts.
