Oxygen Plants & Life-Support Gas Systems
Turnkey PSA oxygen generation solutions for uninterrupted medical oxygen supply
Complete Oxygen Generation Solutions
We deliver turnkey oxygen generation and gas supply solutions, including PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen plants. Our engineers plan and install complete oxygen plant rooms with backup cylinders and redundancy planning for cost-effective in-house oxygen production.
These life-support gas systems are critical for patient care; we conduct oxygen purity testing and integrate alarms to comply with WHO and NFPA standards. Through scheduled maintenance visits and performance monitoring, we ensure the plant operates efficiently and safely.
Our solutions provide hospitals with independence from external oxygen suppliers, ensuring uninterrupted supply while reducing operational costs by 30-50%.
PSA Oxygen Generation System
Medical-grade oxygen generation at 93%±3% purity
Benefits of In-House Oxygen Generation
Cost Savings
Reduce oxygen costs by 30-50% compared to cylinder supply. Eliminate rental and transportation costs.
Uninterrupted Supply
Eliminate dependency on external suppliers. Automatic backup systems ensure continuous oxygen flow.
Quality Control
Continuous purity monitoring (93%±3%). On-site generation eliminates contamination risks.
How PSA Oxygen Plants Work
Air Intake & Compression
Ambient air is drawn through filters and compressed to 5-7 bar pressure, removing moisture and particulates.
Adsorption Process
Compressed air passes through Zeolite molecular sieve beds which adsorb nitrogen, allowing oxygen to pass through.
Oxygen Collection
Purified oxygen (93%±3% purity) is collected in a receiver tank at 4-5 bar pressure for distribution.
Regeneration Cycle
Saturated sieve beds are regenerated by depressurization, releasing nitrogen back to atmosphere.
Distribution & Storage
Oxygen is distributed through medical pipeline system with backup cylinder banks for redundancy.
Oxygen Plant Components
Air Compressor
Oil-free screw compressor providing 5-7 bar pressure with air dryer and filtration.
PSA Modules
Zeolite molecular sieve beds for nitrogen adsorption and oxygen purification.
Oxygen Receiver
Storage tank for purified oxygen with pressure regulation and safety valves.
Control System
PLC-based automation with touch screen interface and remote monitoring.
Alarm Panel
Visual and audible alarms for pressure, purity, temperature deviations.
Backup System
Automatic cylinder manifold with changeover for uninterrupted supply.
